18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed breast cancer; 2. Female, aged 18 to 75 years; 3. Single acoustic accessible lesion evaluated by Ultrasound, Computed Tomography(CT), or Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI); 4. Expected survival time>=5 months; Performance Status(PS) 0-2; 5. Blood routine examination: WBC>=3.5?10^9/L; ANC>=1.5?10^9/L; PLT>=80?10^9/L; Hb>=90g/L; 6. Hepatic and renal function test: ALT, AST<=2.5 times that of the upper limit of normal; UreaCrea<=1.25 times that of the upper limit of normal; 7. No known symptoms of heart failure and respiratory function insufficiency; 8. No known previous malignant tumor history; 9. Good treatment compliance, no mental disorders; 10. Signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. During pregnancy or lactation; 2. Allergic to chemotherapy substances or allergic constitution; 3. With massive ascites; 4. Positive lung, brain, or other organs metastasis; 5. During the therapeutic course of other anticancer drugs or radiotherapy; 6. Participating in other clinical trials or less than 4 weeks since the accomplishment of previous chemotherapy.
