Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-50 years old; 2. Under normal circumstances, the low back pain score is more than 3; 3. At the first visit, patients diagnosed with specific low back pain; 4. Maitland manual assessment showed symptom recurrence in L4-L5 segments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low back pain caused by tumor, infection, metabolic disease, arthritis and fracture; 2. Patients diagnosed with deformities include lumbar spondylolisthesis, isthmus and scoliosis; 3. Pain below the knee; 4. Extraspinal diseases (internal organs, blood vessels, genitourinary system); 5. Patients who have undergone lumbar surgery; 6. Neurological dysfunction; 7. Low back pain has extensive and multi-site pain (> 2 sites); 8. Pregnant.
