Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with high myopia complicated by cataracts with a clear diagnosis of AL>=26mm; 2. Patients in the control group with a clear diagnosis of age-related cataracts matched 1:1 with the experimental group in terms of age and sex; 3. Patients admitted for cataract ultrasound-emulsification combined with IOL implantation with complete medical records; 4. Aged 18-80 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic inflammatory conditions that can affect the blood NLR, PLR and MLR Diseases (coronary artery disease, diabetes, hypertension, presence of acute or chronic infections, immune system diseases, anemia, thyroid disorders, liver disease, renal failure, malignant diseases)immune system disorders, anemia, thyroid disorders, liver disease, renal failure, malignant; 2. Eye diseases (e.g. high myopia combined with eye trauma, corneal ectasia, glaucoma, uveitis, retinal detachment, corneal leukoplakia, etc.); 3. A history of eye surgery (keratoconus, antiglaucoma surgery, retinal detachment surgery, etc.); 4. A history of systemic drug use: glucocorticosteroids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, immunosuppressive drugs, perioperative surgery, etc.; 5. Long-term smoking or alcohol consumption patients.
