Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type A aortic dissection; 2. Age equal to or greater than 18 years old; 3. Surgically treated patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type A intramural hematoma; 2. Penetrating aortic ulcer; 3. Lacking CTA; 4. Lacking essential variables for calculating the GERAADA score and EuroSCORE II; 5. Patients who died before surgery;
