60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients to undergo total knee arthroplasty; 2. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II - III; 3. Age >= 60 years old; 4. Body mass index (BMI): 18.5 - 29kg / m2; 5. Estimated length of stay >= 7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment, mental illness, or dementia before operation; 2. Patients with severe organic diseases (coronary heart disease, bronchial asthma, severe hypertension, severe blood system dysfunction, liver and kidney function, and electrolyte abnormalities); 3. Have a long-term history of sedative or analgesic abuse; 4. Those who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs in recent 4 weeks.
