Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult (18 years old or more) patients with atrial fibrillation in the Heart transplant and VAD department of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital; 2. Receiving cardiac enhanced CT / aortic enhanced CT and echocardiography during admission; 3. Patients agreed with their imaging data for scientific research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other easy-thrombotic factors except for atrial fibrillation, such as blood hypercoagulability state, severe hyperlipidemia, thrombocytosis, etc.; 2. Patients with paroxysmal AF or firstly diagnosed AF with less than 48 hours; 3. Although a complete imaging examination was accepted, the data and pictures required for modeling were not retained in time; 4. Patients with previous ischemic stroke or TIA, including: (1) Patients with a clinical diagnosis of stroke symptoms; (2) Patients with confirmed imaging; 5. Congenital heart disease (such as closed velamen, atrial septal defect, etc.); 6. A history of infectious disease, acute coronary syndrome, surgery, or trauma within 2 weeks; 7. Hyperthyroid; 8. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 9. Patients with connective tissue disease, malignant tumors, and hematological diseases; 10. Laboratory examination showed patients with moderate to severe anemia with hemoglobin(Hb)<90g/L; 11. Taking anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs before admission.
