Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years old or more; 2. The pathological diagnosis is primary non-small cell lung cancer, and there are surgical indications according to NCCN clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines for non-small cell lung cancer (2021 Edition); 3. The diagnosis includes COPD (according to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the ratio of forced expiratory volume per second / forced vital capacity < 0.7).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. FEV1 of patients in pulmonary function test was 30% lower than the expected value; 2. NYHA cardiac function classification standard II, III and IV; 3. Unable to participate in sports training (such as lower limb dysfunction or hemiplegia); 4. Previous history of lung surgery; 5. Refuse to sign the informed consent form of rehabilitation treatment in the Department of rehabilitation medicine.
