Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 6-12 years old; 2. Children's Tourette syndrome was diagnosed by children's neuropsychiatric doctors; 3. Be able to cooperate in the inspection of various scales; 4. No history of respiratory and digestive tract infection in recent 1 month; 5. No probiotic taking history in recent 1 month; 6. No history of digestive system diseases or other chronic diseases; 7. Return to the hospital on time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous immune system diseases; 2. Patients with a previous history of central nervous system infection; 3. Patients with previous metabolic diseases; 4. Those who cannot tolerate drug treatment; 5. After informed consent, the parents refused to participate.
