18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed of ARDS; Patients admitted to ICU for more than 24 hours; Patients with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients age less than 18 years old or more than 80 years old; Patients with acute and chronic hepatitis or cirrhosis or liver transplantation. Patients with acute myocardial infarction; Pregnant patients or tumor patients; Patients with immune deficiency disease; Patients had extensive use of glucocorticoids (equivalent dose >Prednisone 10mg/d) or immunosuppressant 6 months before admission.
