Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with tracheal tumor or surrounding organ tumor involving the trachea, with a resection range of more than 6 cm, and unable to implement traditional end-to-end anastomosis; 2. Patients with lung cancer invading the first and second grade bronchus cannot undergo traditional bronchoplasty or sleeve resection, and need to undergo pneumonectomy. The replacement of bronchus with tissue engineered trachea substitutes can preserve the lung lobes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with trachea defect less than 4 cm can be directly end-to-end anastomosis; 2. Patients with lung cancer invading the first and second grade bronchus can be cured by traditional bronchoplasty or sleeve resection, and the lung lobes can be preserved to avoid pneumonectomy; 3. Those who decide to withdraw from the test.
