40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the MDS-UPDRS diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease; 2. The age of onset is between 40-80; Sign the informed consent form; 3. The score of simple dementia scale = 24 points; 4. Do not receive treatment or take a stable dose of anti-Parkinson's disease drugs for one month, and maintain this dose during treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unclear diagnosis or suspected other Parkinson's syndrome; 2. Patients with history of stroke, head injury, hydrocephalus, brain tumor, intracranial hypertension and intracranial surgery; 3. Patients with metal foreign bodies, cardiac pacemakers and cochlear implants; 4. It can not cooperate with resting magnetic resonance scanning; 5. Simplified mental state score (MMSE) = 24; 6. Those who have hearing changes, seizures, syncope, severe headache or other uncomfortable reactions during the evaluation; 7. Patients with alcohol dependence and central nervous system drug dependence; 8. Patients with serious or recent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
