Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal cognitive function, without a history of mental illness, accompanied by adults during the perioperative period; 2. Agree to the research protocol, willing to accept outpatient or inpatient surgery, understood and approved of the surgical and anaesthetic approach; Patients and their families understand perioperative care content and are willing and able to complete post-discharge care; 3.For non-general anesthesia surgery: ASA grade I-II, or ASA grade III but in a stable general condition for more than three months; for general anesthesia: ASA grade I-II, aged under 65 years; 4.Have a contact telephone number and keep it open. It is recommended that the place of residence is no more than one hour's drive from the hospital within 72 hours after surgery to facilitate follow-up and emergencies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Polyps larger than 15mm; 2. According to consensus, anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents cannot be discontinued; 3. history of bleeding disorders; 4. Inflammatory bowel diseases; 5. Definite invasive colorectal cancer; 6. Patients with small polyps of 1-5mm combined with polyps greater than 5mm cannot be included in the control group.
