Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective gynecological surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Age =55 years; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade ?-?; 4. The expected survival time is more than 12 months; 5. Subjects who have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery patients; 2. The patient has a history of severe heart, lung, liver and renal insufficiency; 3. A preoperatie history of delirium, associated mental illness at increased risk of POCD, such as anxiety, depression, stroke, Epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, AD and other diseases; 4. The patient has serious audio-visual dysfunction or communication difficulties; 5. The patient could not complete the measurement of cognitive function 1 to 3 months after surgery; 6. Patients with severe arrhythmia; 7. There is an obvious history of allergic diseases; 8. Alcohol or drug addicts; 9. People who don't cooperate and can't communicate.
