Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is >= 18 years old; 2.Patients with rotator cuff calcific tendonitis: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for rotator cuff calcific tendonitis: shoulder pain and reduced range of motion of the shoulder joint, with obvious tenderness points; X-ray examination and B-ultrasound confirm the presence of calcified lesions; 3.Unilateral RCCT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney and other important organs; 2. There are other shoulder joint diseases, such as shoulder joint trauma, frozen shoulder, joint tuberculosis, suppurative arthritis, neurogenic arthritis, tendonitis, etc; 3. Infection at the puncture site, severe coagulation dysfunction, lidocaine allergy, etc. are not suitable for percutaneous aspiration treatment; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Those who have received percutaneous aspiration treatment in the past and are not suitable for inclusion in the study, such as drug abuse, inability to cooperate, and those who are participating in other clinical trials. 6. Patients with severe needle sickness.
