Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with long-term persistent atrial fibrillation have palpitations or cardiac insufficiency (NYHAII-III) symptoms and have the desire to restore sinus rhythm; 2. Agree to the operation method and sign the operation consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor cardiac function (NYHA IV) or general condition of the body, unable to tolerate surgery; 2. There are bleeding events in the last month (such as gastrointestinal bleeding, intracranial hemorrhage, etc.); 3. Severe coronary artery disease (myocardial infarction, coronary angiography with bypass indication in the last month), or moderate to severe valvular disease.
