Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years; 2. New diagnostic AML and MDS EB-2 meeting WHO diagnostic criteria; 3. Be able to understand and willing to sign the informed consent form for this test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute promyelocytic leukemia; 2. Combination of life-threatening or treatment-affecting complications; 3. Combined with other malignant tumors who need treatment; 4. Leukemia infiltration in the central nervous system; 5. Patients who cannot guarantee the completion of the necessary treatment plan and follow-up observation; 6. The patient has any abnormality that is not suitable for this study (determined by the investigator).
