Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed (fundus examination or fundus fluorescence angiography) with proliferative diabetes retinopathy without diagnosis and treatment; 2. Age 18-70 years; 3. Agree to join the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental intelligence problems cannot complete the questionnaire; 2. Or patients who refuse to complete the questionnaire.
