Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma who need total nephroureterectomy; 2. 18-85 years old, regardless of gender; 3. Tumor stage = T3N0M0; 4. Those who agree to sign the informed consent form and can follow doctor's advice and accept regular follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of ipsilateral upper abdominal surgery; 2. Those with severe uncontrolled disease or acute infection; 3. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, blood system diseases or diabetes that cannot be controlled and can not achieve the standard of surgery; 4. Those with immune system diseases that cannot be controlled and cannot achieve the surgical standards; 5. Participate in clinical trials of other investigational drugs or devices that have not been completed.
