18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-70 years; 2. Puncture pathology confirmed breast cancer, and neoadjuvant chemotherapy was performed; 3. After neoadjuvant chemotherapy, surgical treatment was performed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have used various antibiotics, prebiotics, probiotics or lactic acid products within three months; 2. Have a history of alcohol abuse for more than 2 years, and a perennial smoking history; 3. Pregnancy or lactation; 4. Have oral, respiratory and gastrointestinal diseases; 5. Have other metabolic diseases, such as obesity, hypertension, diabetes, stones, various liver diseases, etc; 6. Have other autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, inflammatory bowel disease, etc; 7. There is a history of gastrointestinal surgery or other recent types of surgery; 8. Have a family history of genetic disease, mental disease, etc; 9. The research object is participating in other research topics; 10. The researcher believes that other reasons are not suitable for continuing clinical trial.
