Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute ischemic stroke patients admitted to the emergency rescue room of our hospital within 24 hours; 2. Complete 12-lead ECG in the emergency department; 3. Receive further hospitalization in the stroke center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who did not take ECG during hospitalization in emergency and stroke centers; 2. The onset time of stroke exceeds 24 hours; 3. Have a history of severe liver and kidney insufficiency, malignant tumor and abnormal coagulation function in the past.
