Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children diagnosed as biliary atresia; 2. Age: 5 months to 2 years old; 3. The anesthesia grade (ASA grade) is II to III; 4. Cardiac function grading is grade I to II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No coexisting diseases such as heart, lung, brain and kidney before operation; 2. Second liver transplantation.
