Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients were treated with unilateral TKA surgery at the first time; 2. Age = 60 years, diagnosed as severe knee osteoarthritis; 3. Volunteer to participate in this study, fully cooperate with the work of medical researchers, and sign the informed consent form; 4. No diabetes, hyperlipidemia and other metabolic and endocrine diseases; 5. There is no clear digestive system disease such as digestive ulcer, obstruction, hemorrhage, tumor, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot complete the study and withdraw from the study halfway; 2. Patients with missing data more than 20%; 3. Patients with malnutrition (NRS2002>3 points); 4. Patients with severe cardiac and renal insufficiency; 5. The operation table is the first one in the morning.
