28 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 28~60 years; 2.BMI 18.5~24kg/m2. 3. The patient has no serious liver, kidney and cardiovascular diseases, no abnormal cognitive function and state of consciousness, no diabetes, no drug or alcohol addiction history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation dysfunction; 2. Spinal deformity or infection of lumbar puncture site; 3. Hb < 100g/L; 4. Lung infection; 5. It is accompanied by submucous uterine fibroids, uterine prolapse, and precancerous lesions of the cervix or endometrium.
