Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years old; 2. Comply with the Stanford A aortic dissection diagnosis developed by Daily of Stanford University, the diagnosis was made by combining CT/MRI, ultrasound and blood gas analysis; 3. Perform surgical operation and enter ICU for monitoring treatment after operation; 4. Have the ability of language communication and complete the questionnaire independently or with the help of the investigator; 5. The patient voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of mental illness (including delirium, Alzheimer's disease, anxiety disorder, etc.) before operation; 2. Patients with visual and auditory dysfunction before operation; 3. Patients who died within 72 hours after operation; 4. During the study period, he was admitted to the cardiothoracic surgery ward for the second time.
