Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 29 days to 18 years; 2. Body temperature: core temperature>37.7 ?; 3. Fever time = 3 days and<7 days; 4. The patient and/or his/her guardian sign the informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fever caused by non-respiratory tract infection; 2. Congenital immunodeficiency, serious respiratory and circulatory diseases, chronic lung diseases, kidney or liver diseases, cardiovascular diseases, connective tissue diseases and other basic diseases; 3. Long-term use of systemic glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants; 4. At the time of the visit, other infectious agents other than mycoplasma pneumoniae were identified, such as "respiratory syncytial virus", "adenovirus", "influenza virus", etc; 5. Allergies to azithromycin, minocycline and methylprednisolone; 6. Children with any other reason that the researcher believes is not suitable to participate in this study.
