Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective spinal surgery; 2. Agree to participate in the study; 3. ASA = class IV; 4. Age = 65.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 2. Patients with audio-visual impairment who cannot complete the preoperative evaluation; 3. Patients with preoperative mental illness or personal history of mental illness.
