Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 7-18 who underwent circumcision under local anesthesia between January 2022 and September 2022.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to wear earphones due to head/face injury; Head/face skin ulcer or other infectious skin condition; Vertigo symptoms; 2. Visual impairment and blindness; Serious developmental or cognitive delay; Epilepsy; Parents cannot read or write Chinese; 3. The physical condition of the American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is less than III and requires anti-anxiety drugs before operation.
