Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Thyroid cysts were found by ultrasonography, and the volume was more than 2 cm3. The calculation method was V= V=a*b*c*p/6 (A, B and C are the three maximum diameters of nodules respectively).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency and coagulation dysfunction.
