Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 = age = 75 years old, gender unlimited; 2. The score of American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is from grade I to grade III; 3. Body mass index (BMI): 18~30 kg/m2; 4. No history of other malignant tumors and no blood transfusion history within two weeks before operation; 5. Those who did not undergo radiotherapy and chemotherapy before operation and did not use immunosuppressants; 6. Perform elective laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer, and the estimated operation time is not less than 1 hour; 7. Primary school diploma or above, who can complete the scale measurement; 8. Clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery, hypovolemia, shock or coma; 2. History of severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and psychiatric diseases; 3. Have a history of using immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory drugs within two weeks before operation 4. Patients who have a history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy before operation and have distant metastasis of tumor; 5. Those who cannot complete the scale measurement; 6. Other circumstances in which the researcher considers it inappropriate to participate in this test.
