18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria for oligozoospermia and asthenospermia formulated by WHO, and sperm concentration is less than 20 × 10 ^ 6/ml, grade a+b sperm1 year and no contraception measures are taken; 4. The female reproductive function is normal; 5. The patient signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Semen leukocyte > 1 × 10^6/ml 2. Abnormal reproductive hormone level; 3. With acute and chronic infectious diseases of the reproductive system; 4. It is accompanied by severe abnormalities of heart, liver and kidney functions; 5. Take anti-epileptic, anti-tumor and other drugs that hinder spermatogenesis.
