Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-80 years; 2. Patients who use CVC for transfusion and catheter maintenance during hospitalization; 3. Those who voluntarily participate in clinical trials.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women in pregnancy, perinatal period and lactation period; 2. Those who are allergic to sealing fluid; 3. Abnormal coagulation function.
