Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The incidence rate of impacted teeth and periodontal diseases: a retrospective analysis of clinical cases, who looked for and/or started orthodontic treatment in Wu Xiaomian group from 2015 to 2021, and sample size about 2000 patients; 2.Patients with periodontal disease study: 100 cases; 3.Bracket bonding of aeronsol reduction method during COVID-19 pandemic: 800 cases of bracket bonding in Dr. Wu Xiaomian's group from 2019 to 2021 were selecte; 4.The mechanisms, incidence rate, malocclusion characteristics and orthodontic effect review of impacted teeth, upper and lower jaw disharmony, periodontal disease and other malocclusion, who looked for and/or stared orthodontic treatment in Wu Xiaomian group from 2015 to 2021: 2000 cases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The mechanism, incidence rate, characteristics of malocclusion, orthodontic efficacy and anti spatter bonding of brackets of impacted teeth/ectopic teeth, maxillomandibular disharmony, etc 1. It is accompanied by serious systemic diseases; 2. It is accompanied by mental abnormality; 3. Unable to cooperate with treatment due to learning and other reasons; 4. Life cannot be treated and oral hygiene cannot be maintained; 5. Patients who are unable to return on schedule. The mechanism of periodontal disease, incidence rate, characteristics of malocclusion, orthodontic efficacy, and the exclusion criteria of anti spatter bonding of brackets: 1. Pregnant or lactating patients; 2. Have other systemic diseases (such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, blood loss, immune deficiency, etc.); 3. Have received antibacterial or anti-inflammatory drugs in the past 6 months; 4. Receiving periodontal treatment in the past 12 months; 5. Smoking = 10 cigarettes/day; 6. Patients who are allergic to or contraindicated to aspirin, metronidazole, and amoxicillin, such as pregnancy, coagulation disorders, etc; 7. Antibiotic prevention is required; 8. The drugs currently in use may interfere with the periodontal reaction.
