Group A:Patients undergo total knee arthroplasty with mechanical alignment and cruciate-retaning prostheses
Group B:Patients undergo total knee arthroplasty with mechanical alignment and posterior stablized prostheses
Group C:Patients undergo total knee arthroplasty with kinematic alignment and cruciate-retaning fixed bearing prostheses
Group D:Patients undergo total knee arthroplasty with kinematic alignment and cruciate-retaning rotating platorm prostheses
Group E:Patients undergo total knee arthroplasty with anatomic alignment and cruciate-retaning prostheses

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The initial diagnosis is primary osteoarthritis. 2. It is the first time for them to undergo a TKA. 3. Age over 35 years. 4. Agree to participate in this research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Knee tumor; 2. Valgus or varus knee led by external deformity; 3. Patients with joint active infection or severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, blood and other medical diseases that cannot tolerate surgery
