28 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 28-60 2.BMI 18.5-24kg /m2 3.No serious liver, kidney and cardiovascular diseases 4.No abnormal cognitive function and consciousness 5.No diabetes 6.No history of drug or alcohol addiction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Coagulopathy 2.Spinal deformity or lumbar puncture site infection 3.Hb<100g/L 4.Pulmonary infection 5.Accompanied with submucosal uterine fibroids 6.Uterine prolapse 7.Cervical or endometrial precancerous lesions
