Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A total of 40 patients with skeletal malocclusion treated in department of Oral and maxillofacial Surgery, Stomatological Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from 2020-2021 were randomly divided into mixed reality navigation group (MRN) and conventional navigation group (CN) by USING 3D printed head models of patients who received maxillary Lefort I, mandibular BSSRO and chin orthognathoplasty. 2. There are 5 orthognathists in the Department of Oral and maxillofacial Surgery of Stomatological Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, who are at the same level of surgical ability and qualification, and can independently complete maxillary Lefort I, mandibular BSSRO and chin orthognathic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases in which only one or two operations were performed during maxillary Lefort I, mandibular BSSRO and chin shaping. 2. Cases of surgical plan change. 3. Physicians whose qualifications are lower than the requirements of this study or who refuse to participate in this study.
