20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20–40 years; 2. physically healthy; 3. able to move normally; 4. no sports-related injuries; 5. no hip pain, knee pain, or other related discomfort; 6. no local skin infections or other contraindications to Kinesio taping; and 7. no cognitive impairment. 8. volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiovascular, neurological, or psychiatric disease or severe visual or hearing impairment; and 2. Patients with orthopedic disease of the spine (e.g., spinal sac herniation) or extremities (e.g., fractures, prostheses, osteoarthritis).
