Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years, regardless of gender; 2. Basic communication and understanding skills; 3. Elective surgery; 4. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Poor health status can not tolerate surgery and oxacin; 3. Lack of function of vital organs; 4. Patients with Parkinson's disease, depression, or severe cognitive dysfunction who cannot cooperate with the measurement of relevant indicators; 5. Unable to move, unable to move, or suffering from muscle or joint diseases; 6. Bioelectrical impedance measurement is contraindicated (such as pacemaker implantation) or affects the accuracy of measurement results.
