Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly treated patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma confirmed by pathology in the center from 2000 to 2021 without metastasis; 2. All patients were required to receive radical radiotherapy (chemoradiotherapy) in the center, and CR was evaluated within 6 months after the end of treatment; 3. All patients were followed up regularly at the center (3.0T MR examination of nasopharynx and neck was performed at least once a year after radical radiotherapy); 4. Local and/or regional recurrence events were confirmed by pathology, functional imaging or clinical diagnosis during the follow-up period (5 years), or there was no recurrence during the follow-up period of more than 5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Radiotherapy interruption time >7 days; 2. Poor MR image quality.
