Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the 2016 international diagnostic criteria for sepsis and septic shock; 2. Aged >=18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term use of lipid-lowering drugs outside the hospital; 2. Patients with terminal, non-resuscitable terminal conditions of various diseases; 3. Patients who have been enrolled in other research projects; 4. Pregnant patients, lactating patients, patients with severe mental or mental disabilities; 5. Fatal primary diseases that cannot be removed, such as brain stem injury complicated with sepsis, severe combined trauma and sepsis with surgical contraindication; 6. Researchers consider other reasons unsuitable for clinical trials.
