Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clear diagnosis of dry eye caused by MGD; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Obtain the patient's consent and sign the informed consent form; 4. The skin type is below Fitzpatrick Skin Type IV; 5. Patients who can tolerate IPL treatment energy of 12J/cm2 +2 treatment doses.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate with visitors; 2. History of ocular trauma and surgery; 3. Unwilling to give up systematic drug treatment that can cause dry eye or take drugs that affect the ocular surface during the study, such as antidepressants, antihistamines, anticholines, antipsychotics, etc.; 4. Had lacrimal dot embolization or lacrimal tubule surgery within 3 months; 5. Having tanned or tanned, showing symptoms of sensitivity or allergy, or using exfoliating cosmetics within 4 weeks; 6. Skin cancer or pigmentary lesions in the pre-treated area; 7. Systemic immune system diseases: simple recurrent herpes, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome, etc.; 8. Pregnant and lactating patients.
