Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Belong to the refractory epilepsy; 2. After routine preoperative noninvasive assessment methods, including magnetic resonance, positron emission tomography, video electroencephalography, neurocognitive psychological assessment, etc., the epileptogenic foci could not be identified; 3. Complete clinical case data and follow-up data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of mental illness; 2. History of craniocerebral trauma; 3. Any history of major physical diseases; 4. Alcohol or drug addiction; 5. Contraindications of MRI examination; 6. Have serious systemic diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular diseases; 7. Suffer from transient ischemic and hypoxic attacks, hysteria, migraine and habitual syncope, which may affect the structure and function of the brain.
