Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged> 18 years, no gender limit, ASA I- III; 2. Patients undergoing elective lobectomy; 3. Clear consciousness and good communication with patients; 4. The predicted FEV1 %=50-70% and/or MVV% < 75% in moderate and moderate to severe pulmonary function decline.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with myasthenia gravis; 2. Liver and kidney dysfunction, urinary calculi; 3. BMI > 30; 4. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes mellitus; 5. Patients who have undergone pneumonectomy before; 6. Patients who were converted to thoracotomy or had serious surgical complications requiring a second operation; 7. Patients converted to complete pneumonectomy during operation; 8. Patients with neostigmine contraindications.
