12 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 12-65 years, no gender limit; 2. Patients diagnosed with gastrocnemius muscle contracture (diagnostic criteria: Silfverski? Ld test was positive); 3. The surgical treatment of foot and ankle diseases should be combined with gastrocnemius muscle release surgery; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumor; 2. With infection; 3. Patients with wound infection or recent positive blood culture of bacteria in the surgical area; 4. Hgb 10s or more, or platelet < 60 x 10^9/L; 5. Pregnant patients; 6. Decompensated liver cirrhosis, uremia, or severe brain trauma; 7. Patients with gastrocnemius muscle release history or Achilles tendon surgery history; 8. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
