Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 6-12 years; 2. Tic disorders diagnosed by a child neuropsychiatrist; 3. Be able to complete the examination of various scales; 4. Not taking any medication for tic disorders; 5. No history of other chronic diseases; 6. Return to the hospital on time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Current use of medications for tic disorders other than clonidine; 2. Suspected mental retardation, accompanied by heart, brain, liver, kidney organ diseases; 3. Allergic to ingredients contained in clonidine and transdermal patches; 4. Had taken antipsychotic drugs, antidepressants, antimanic drugs and anticonvulsants within 1 week before enrollment; 5. A history of rheumatic chorea, epilepsy, childhood headache, mental retardation, schizophrenia, or a history of immune system diseases, central nervous system infections and metabolic diseases; 6. Rheumatic chorea, epileptic myoclonic seizures, drug-induced involuntary twitch and vocalization; 7. Weight <= 20 kg; 8. Parents rejected participants after informed consent was given.
