Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged >=18 years; 2. Subjects in the outpatient department, ward, physical examination and community of relevant departments were selected as the research objects; 3. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactation patients; 2. Patients with uremia; 3. Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus, Cushing syndrome, hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, and hypothyroidism; 4. Patients with autoimmune disease within 3 months and taking glucocorticoids for treatment; 5. Patients taking diuretics or previously taking other drugs that affect urinary calcium levels; 6. Intravenous infusion of zoledronate within one year/use of oral bisphosphonates for more than 3 months/use of dezumab more than once within one year/use of active vitamin D3 within one week; 7. Patients judged by other investigators to be inappropriate subjects.
