Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with newly diagnosed stage III-IV ovarian cancer; 2. Histologically confirmed high-grade serous ovarian cancer with ascites; 3. Preoperative evaluation should be performed (and planned by the patient) with abdominal puncture to extract ascites or tumor tissue resection; 4. Informed consent for clinical study has been signed.
