Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Multilevel cervical spondylosis confirmed by clinical symptoms and imaging, including cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) or ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL); 2. Surgical history of cervical canal plasty.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous spinal surgery, cervical structural lesions (such as traumatic spinal injury, infection, and tumor); 2. Co-existing conditions that may increase the risk of surgery or aggravate/modify pain (e.g., severe hypertension or heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, periarthritis of shoulder, and neurological disease); 3. With incomplete medical records, and patients unwilling to participate in this study.
