Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years, no gender limit; 2. Patients with diagnosed recurrent and metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma with an expected survival time of >12 weeks; 3. The glycoprotein expression of SPLUNC1, CDH13, EBERs, Ezrin, NGX6, LTF, OPN, SAA and COX-2 was positive by immunohistochemistry; 4. A sufficient number of T cells can be taken through the vein (CD3+T cells >6x10^7), and there are no other contraindications; 5. Good heart, liver, kidney and lung function; 6. Willing to accept the treatment, aware of and willing to bear the side effects of the treatment, and fill in the voluntary informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental patients; 2. With HIV; 3. With severe hepatitis infection; 4. Uncontrollable other infections or active infection; 5. In the feasibility evaluation experiment, the amplification ability of CD3/CD28 magnetic beads after activation was less than 5 times; 6. Pregnant or lactating patients, allergic constitution; 7. Participants in other clinical trials or the investigator considers it inappropriate to participate in this trial.
