Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent; 2. Maxillary sinus penetration >=3mm after tooth extraction; 3. At least the bone wall on both sides of the maxillary sinus penetration site remained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Heavy smokers (> 10 cigarettes/day); 2. Uncontrolled metabolic and cardiovascular diseases (diabetes, thyroid diseases, kidney and liver diseases and hypertension, congenital heart diseases); 3. Long-term use of hormones, anticoagulants and drugs that affect bone metabolism, such as phosphates; 4. Uncontrolled maxillary sinus inflammation; 5. History of radiotherapy in maxillofacial region within 5 years; 6. Allergic history to implant materials; 7. Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant within one year; 8. Participated in other clinical subjects within 1 month at the time of inclusion; 9. Refuse to sign informed consent.
