Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need unilateral primary TKA operation due to severe knee osteoarthritis; 2. Aged 20-80 years; 3. The preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) rating (anesthesia risk assessment) is I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to anesthetic drugs and sulfonamides; 2. There are more than moderate knee joint deformity (valgus, flexion deformity) and joint stiffness; 3. Those who drink excessively or take opioids for a long time; 4. Patients with language disorder and unable to complete the numerical rating scales (NRS) of pain; 5. Neuropathy of extremities on the operative side; 6. Psychotic patients; 7. Patients with previous digestive tract ulcer.
